Artigano Gelato Base 100C

Complete base for the production of a creamy, warm and easily spreadable ice cream.

Form of use: Mix with dry sugar. Add to the milk with agitation at 40º/45ºC. Add the rest of ingredients and pasteurize at 80º/85ªC.
