Vancrema Lemon Instant
Powdered preparation for the production of Lemon Sorbet, with flavors and stabilizers included.
Form of use: Mix Vancrema Lemon with the dry sugar. Add the mixture to the water and stir until all solids are dissolved. Allow to stand for 30 minutes and then blend.
